We provide personal care services, respite services, palliative care services. Our priority is to Increase Independence and Decrease Isolation. We are committed to providing affordable, reliable, compassionate and personalized care to enrich the quality of ones life. We offer support to people of all ages and a variety of disability needs, such as Autism, Down syndrome, Alzheimer's and Dementia, Cerebral palsy, Aspergers syndrome, and more. Leen On Me Home Care Services Inc. is a Kingston locally owned and operated company, we are not a franchise. We became involved in the home care service industry because helping seniors and people living with disabilities is something that we love to do. We passionately believe in treating people with kindness, respect, and dignity. We only hire caregivers that share these values. Leen On Me's Staff all share a passion for improving the quality of our clients and families lives. Here in our community, we offer a range of services that can be customized to your needs so you’ll get exactly the help you need. Our caregivers are residents of the Kingston area and are kind, compassionate and truly enjoy working with other. They are professionals extensively trained in elder care, assistances for people living disability, and post-acute care. We require all caregivers to have a diploma or equivalent Personal Support Worker, Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse. All our employees are CPIC screened, licensed, and bonded.
