I am a RMT & RCRT and have studied and worked with alternative and complimentary techniques, such as Reiki, Buddha Head Massage, Healing Hot Stones, Neuromuscular Facial Alignment, Cupping and Reflexology. I cater to clients of all ages, including children. I believe that massage therapy can help minimize discomfort to reach a higher level of health and wellness and that it is very important to listen to the body and treat it accordingly. I specialize in helping people with chronic illness such as Diabetes (Type 1 & 2), MS, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, Sciatica and Crohns. I also help with plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, stress, depression and anxiety. I believe that massage therapy and reflexology can help minimize discomfort to reach a higher level of health and wellness and that it is very important to listen to the body and treat it accordingly. I encourage an honest and supportive environment where clients will feel valued, comfortable and safe. I am gladly accepting new clients.
