Galerie ABYSS is located at 1520 Notre-Dame Ouest, in the heart of Griffintown, Montreal.
Dedicated to showcasing New and Cutting Edge Art, the Gallery focuses on art in the Contemporary Pop Culture scene otherwise termed Low-Brow and Pop Surrealism. Through a series of solo and group exhibits, Galerie Abyss is seeking to bring more exposure of this rich and diverse emerging sub-culture to the Contemporary Montreal Art Scene. New Programs will be held on a monthly to bi-monthly basis, and announced on the exhibition page. A separate space in the gallery is reserved for Custom Art Tattooing. Artist, Tattooist and founder Abby Kaufmann is committed to working closely with clients to co-create unique body art. Project ideas are welcome and can be discussed in person by booking a consultation online, by phone, or in person.
