My name is Richard and I am 47 years old. After I turned 40 I started putting on weight and even though I was going to the gym on a regular basis I just could not get down to my ideal weight.
Last summer I started my BeachBody journey, I started off as a customer that wanted to get back in shape. I wanted to get Fit and Healthy. Well with the help of T25, I was able to do that in just 15 weeks. In that 15 week period I dropped 30 pounds and lost so many inches. I was a new person. I felt great and it gave me so much more confidence in my body. Since then I have signed up as a coach with Team BeachBody. I want to help other people get the same kind of results that I got and I want to help people get healthy and fit. I am here to motivate you and everyone on my team.
