I was thinking about finishing my basement for a while, but i was nervous about starting the process. I had some not so pleasant experience in the past installing tiles in my kitchen and bathroom. I came across A-Z Renovations services through Google Search and I decided to give them a try. They answered my e-mail right away, came same day to give me an estimate and gave me 20% new client discount. Their price was better than the price of two other companies I got quotes from last year. I was really surprised how reliable their contractors were. Always on time, working long hours, very detail-oriented. What pleasantly surprised me, though, is that they had no problems doing extra little things for free, even though we did not agree to that at the beginning of the project.
