Gerardo is a bilingual (Spanish and English) registered psychotherapist with broad experience working with adults, couples, adolescents and children.
He has more than 14 years of counselling experience in Canada and 5 years in Mexico. Gerardo uses his knowledge of psychology, psychotherapy, human relationships and human development to improve and heal a wide range of challenges. Gerardo's deep interest in human nature allows his counselling practice to be eclectic, open, unlabelled and without prejudice; believing that every person is trying their best even when their coping ability may feel that it has become strained beyond endurance. He believes that mental health is possible when there is a balance/harmony between mind, body, emotions, spirit and relationship with others.
