I personally released 11 lbs during the 9-day program (11 days long). I have renewed my energy and am able to keep up with my kids now. My kids love their morning shake. My husband has joined in and during his first 3 months (August/Sept/Oct 2012) released 35 lbs of toxic fat. He as well can sleep better, and has a general positive spring in his step that I haven't seen for a while.
