Services include: Full architectural design – Our team will provide full service design and architectural plans, working with you to put your vision on paper. We also work with plans provided to us from our clients who have worked with an architect. Exterior and interior finishes, lighting, and overall balance will be discussed and agreed upon before building commences and throughout this process. Lot consultation/evaluation – The BREJNIK team partners with high end realtors who source out properties for our clients. This allows our clients to have one point of contact, us, and we do the rest. Land acquisition – Our high end Realtor team takes care of all paperwork and negotiations during the acquisition of a property after covering all details with you. This process is seamless, clean and continues with the service levels of all other areas of our business. Project budgeting – Budgeting can be one of the toughest parts of the home building process, but we strive to make it as seamless and thorough as possible. Our technology allows live budgeting as the home is in progress, keeping our team and our clients on track during the entire build. The BREJNIK Fine Homes team commits to our clients budget. Construction Scheduling – After all plans are finalized and before building commences, a full start-to-finish timeline is provided to each client. This timeline includes projected milestones in the building process, service teams working on the project at any given time, as well as what is required of the client during the job with regards to choosing finishes, lighting etc. This allows the client to keep on top of decisions needing to be made, and insures a completion date as projected. Permit Acquisition – All permits needed for construction are taken care of by the BREJNIK team, before and during the build. Therefore, we provide services to help our clients organize and find storage space for any necessary furniture and accessories during the time under construction. Temporary Accommodation – For large scale renovations/additions temporary accommodation may be necessary. In these cases, our professionals will assist in finding our clients comfortable living in a location that suits them. Packing & Moving Services – Whether temporary storage, or accommodation are necessary, we provide assistance in small moving/packing as well as sourcing and arranging larger scale moving for our clients.
