Let me tell you my story..i am a busy mom with 3 boys who after working 15 yrs in dental decided to stay home after my 2nd baby...my boys are 12yrs, 32mths and 25 mths....all my life i have always been interested in health and fitness..after my 1st son i got my baby weight off with a lot of hard work and dedication..then 10 yrs later and 10 yrs older i had my 2nd son..he was born with some medical issues so i did not have much time for me let alone exercise and i started eating more unhealthy foods from stress..19 mths later i had my 3rd son...by this time i had put on about 35 extra pounds and now with 3 kids i was finding losing weight so difficult!!!
