The marshmallow room bakery makes levain breads & straight dough breads as well as pies, cookies, tarts, scones: a large selection that changes daily.
The marshmallow room also offers a selection of salads, cheese, charcuterie and a lunch menu available for eat in or take out. As well as in-house made preserves. A steady stream of loyal regulars stand side by side with tourists, eager to sample our baked goods. Our tea shop has over 100 types of loose leaf tea: take away or enjoy a pot with one of our baked goods. Enjoy casual fine dining in a relaxed setting, whether you are looking for a three course meal to celebrate an event or an appetizer with a glass of wine to unwind after a long day we are happy to accommodate you.? Scott believes in using local food as much as possible, preparing it well and not mucking about with it too much. Use basic, honest ingredients and let the food speak for itself.
