Description

I am a registered massage therapist within the province of Ontario. I have been working in the massage industry since 2008. I currently work in a chiropractic clinic, a spa, and many other massage environments. I have recently opened up my own clinic as well.
My knowledge and skill base is constantly being updated. I utilize a variety of techniques I have acquired through training, observation, and practice. Some of these techniques include: Fascial release, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy, joint mobilization, general Swedish massage techniques, tapotement, accupressure, and some reflexology. Based on assessment, body type, observation, client needs and wants, and other factors, I use my constantly updated skills to help bring a client's body back to optimum health and movement.
