I will ask my broker - CityCan Financial to provide the first mortgage or the second first. I am very protective of the clients' interests. All my clients for whom I got them a mortgage have never lost their deposits to the vendors. I have experiences with mortgage application for commercial properties, which amount from $1.75 to $6.5 millions. As such, I can prepare business plans for lenders to review. I will be rewarded when the caretaker/real estate agent, for whom I had helped her obtain the mortgage on a seniot care/nursing home, gets the operation running by April. In addtion, I have the experience of helping a builder in George Town to convert a 50 million business loan to a 50 million mortgage from TD. Further, I have helped a restaurant owner obtain a business loan (guaranteed by the Government) for engineering projects. I will be rewarded when the restaurant owner took the money from the bank.
