A Canadian owned and operated global organization in business for over 30 years, head quartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. We have a 15,000 SF Warehouse and about 1.5 million cabinet inventory and every 3 months we have 40ft container order coming from China.
JJCW's key business objectives have always been bringing quality based products with a competitive price point to the North American market place through global strategic relationships. Our objective is speed and quality to the customer. We have arranged with our warehouse and shipping company to have complete kitchens pulled & sent out within 4 business days of the purchase. If the customer receives a defective part, they are to phone us, describe the defect and hold it for our sales rep to review. We will in the mean time indicated to them the shipping date of their defective part. Special programs have been developed for container buyers. In the event that a container buyer runs out of product, they can purchase product from our warehouse program. Within our office we have experienced staff dedicated to 20/20 design quotes. The customer can fax or e-mail us their kitchen measurements and we will provide a full design and price within 48 hours. We have been in business for over 30 years. Our office is located in a very low rated business district so that we do not have to mark up the cost of our JJ Cabinet. We built our business from low end tools and commercial hardware parts. Since then we have been searching for a quality product that is affordable to 80% of the kitchen market. We believe we have now achieved this goal.
