Barrhaven welcomed its newest casual fine dining restaurant with the official opening of Pinelopi's Greek Kitchen on May 4th,2010 in the Cedarview Plaza on 4100 Strandherd Drive. Penny Palermo, owner of Pinelopi's Greek Kitchen brings her traditional family Mediterranean recipes to life, all freshly prepared on site; specializing in classic Greek dishes such as Moussaka, Oven Rosasted Lamb, Souvlaki, Spanakopita and Greek Salads. Savour the Santorini Chicken, Pasta Pelopennese or Poseidon tender Steaks and exquisite Seafood and Vegetarian dishes, appetizers and homemade desserts such as Baklava and Galactobouriko. Open for lunch and dinner from 11:30am to 9:00pm Monday to Saturday and 4:00pm to 9:00pm on Sundays. Reservations are highly recommended to ensure this unique and exceptional dining experience for the entire family. Take-out, catering and gift certificates are available. Pinelopi's is now fully licensed under the LLBO.
