I hired Jimmy to make & install custom made sliding glass door for my bathtub 5 months ago. Upon installation the door was 6 inches short and he admitted it was not custom made and he bought it. He convinced me it was ok, got $880.00 cash & gave me hand written note for 1 year warranty. The door was defective, water was leaking & door did not stay closed & slided back. After many calls and emails he repaired it. Last month the door got stocked and he refused to come in and blocked my phone number did not respond to my emails. I called CRA and he is not registered for HST with them. He is also under Sunshine door and Window on HomeStars website. He is greedy, irresponsible and has no work ethics. Do not waste your money and do not trust him.
