18 years of teaching experience - musician (BMus, MMus) and teacher (BEd) offering private lessons in :
Piano all ages (from age 5 through 95) all levels - beginner children and adults to advanced players - I use the Faber & Faber Piano Adventure Series for all of my beginners - I get students playing right away and this series has loads of supplementals in many different musical styles; I also do my own arranging of music to suit the needs of my students - using movie music (Star Wars, Harry Potter, etc.), pop/rock (Beatles, Justin Bieber, etc.), Disney music and more! teaching in the Royal Conservatory (from Preparatory to ARCT) is available but I also teach just-for-fun players - of my current 37 students only 8 are pursuing RCM examination repertoire I also teach all levels of Royal Conservatory theory - rudiments, harmony, history, counterpoint, analysis, composition Studio in Forest Heights area - filling up fast!
