I am a Registered Massage Therapist from Toronto offering you treatments ranging from soothing, relaxing Swedish massage, aromatherapy and hot stone treatments, to deeper restorative muscular work necessary to decrease tension, stiffness, and pain. I specialize in: Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage, Trigger Point work, Sports Massage and Fascial Integration techniques.
I've treated many clients suffering from chronic pain syndromes, overuse injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. I've also worked with athletes, dancers, children, and pregnant women. I continually educate myself on the most current massage therapy research, and I take advanced courses every year in order to provide my clients with a highest quality of care. Since I graduated as an RMT in 2007, I have been privileged to work with many clients on their journey to recovery and wellness. I approach my craft with passion, honesty, dedication and professionalism. I treat each client as an individual with unique problems, needs and goals. My treatment is specific and individualized, and, because I am a firm believer in self-care, I provide stretches and exercises to complement the treatment. My home based practice provides an atmosphere of mutual respect, privacy and trust - you will always feel welcome, and you will never feel rushed. Massage therapy improves health, maintains wellness, and can prevent illness. It has been shown to improve circulation, joint mobility, lymphatic drainage, immune system functioning, and overall sense of well-being.
