This place is the polar opposite of a "business leader" it's one man running a scam out of an old run down office on the bad side of town. I foolishly took a PS3 there for repair and he botched the job not once but twice in the past two weeks. I emailed then called again yesterday to bring it in again today. When I arrived he had "stepped out momentarily" (ie . never came in at all) and was gone leaving me waiting for him 3 hours. He also never answered his business cell phone the entire time. He claims to offer a warranty but won't put it in writing nor honour it. I've since found out he has a history of exactly that kind of scam running back to at least 2012. My other foolish mistake was not reading reviews before going there. YOU should NOT make that same mistake.
