My best friend and I were walking along Ste-Catherine's street, looking for a new sushi place to try out. We came across Zenya sushi, but were a little reluctant to go in since the building look a little run down from the outside. Inside, however, is a completely different story. Located on the second floor of the building, Zenya offers a lovely, modern and somewhat romantic ambiance. We were seated immediately and ordered several different types of sushi from the very diverse menu. The place was quite empty when we arrived, so we were surprised that we had to wait about half an hour before our food arrived. However, the wait was well worth it because the sushi was absolutely delicious and it was very nicely presented too. We ordered a second helping of sushi after finishing our initial order, and again it took a while for us to be served. So, that said, I highly recommend this restaurant IF you're willing to wait for your food to arrive. Other than that, I really enjoyed my Zenya experience.
