FB HOME BUILDERS is a Construction Company. The President of this company is a licensed General Contractor with an RBQ license. He has the following Academic background:
1- Bachelor Degree in Architecture. 2- Master Degree in Architecture. 3- Master Degree in Building Engineering-Construction Management So, based on the aforementioned, we can design our own projects, verify it with professionals, we build Residential, Commercial, and Institutional Buildings. Our permit is issued based on the Qualité Habitation assessment and Evaluation; which means that we offer the Guarantee Plan that covers Residential Buildings of a certain subcategory within the limit of 600 sq.m and less; 3 floors and less. Faysal Budayr I am the President of FB Home Builders Inc. that deals with the construction of the sub-categories of New Residential Buildings (Small Buildings-High Buildings-All Buildings). I hold an RBQ license- Régie du Bâtiment du Québec- as a General Contractor in the field of Construction Industry. My permit covers 16 sub-categories, in addition to the Guarantee Plan which is implemented by a governmental organization -Qualite' Habitation- to serve of Consumers Protection Act. The Guarantee Plan covers all the hidden or visible defects from 1 to 5 years.The General Contractor is responsible of such defects if it resulted by him or by one or more of his hired sub-contractors. My Academic Background as an Architect and as a Building Engineer, in addition to a great experience as a Project Manager, and as a Designer, added a great value to my career in my new founded business.
