Hong's Kitchen is the only authentic Chinese restaurant in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia. Lower Sackville is 10 minutes from Bedford and 20 minutes from the capital city, Halifax. At Hong's Kitchen, gone are the Soo Guy Platters or the Chicken Balls, which don't exist as part of a meal in China. We have dishes for vegetarians, meat lovers and seafood lovers. The food is original and freshly made. Phillip Hong, the owner and the master chef, having been in the industry for over 20 years, oversees food preparation and continues to create different dishes, including his famous Honey Pepper Chicken, which you can't get elsewhere.
