I see adults, adolescents and couples with a broad range of difficulties. Some clients are doing well overall, but need help with a specific problem (e.g., difficulties with a relationship, stress management, etc). Other clients seek help because they are in significant distress and are experiencing debilitating symptoms (e.g., destructive interaction patterns, breaches of trust, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, & Eating Disorders). [br/][br/] I work with clients to 1) provide them with some immediate relief from their symptoms and the stress associated with current problems, and 2) help them address any underlying issues that may leave them vulnerable to having those problems recur. [br/][br/]My clinical training and experience allows me to draw from a number of effective treatment approaches to help clients achieve their goals.
