They sell you an experience that they cannot deliver. Outfits turned out nice but not without extreme frustrations. Their lack of communication is the worst feeling especially when spending that much money and depending on them for your wedding day. They make you believe you will be involved every step of the way and approve design choices throughout the process but that was not the case. Your outfit gets shipped to them without any of your input and they are shocked that you don't like it and it is not what you asked for. Speaking from experience - the outfit had to be redone and once again they left us in the dark during the process. As a result very little of our desired changes were met but we had to accept it as we needed it in time for our wedding. They claim they want to make this process the least stressful part of your wedding planning experience but in fact it was the MOST stressful. They are hard to get a hold of & when you finally do they speak over you & ignore your input.
