Francine and Michael Dunn, a former chef to Her Majesty the Queen and Princess Diana, decided to relocate to Brockville, where they set up a catering business and a bed and breakfast.
Dunn with Flair Enterprises encompasses the couple’s catering company and the Pine Street Inn Bed and Breakfast. Michael Dunn's favourite dish to cook is salmon kubiak, originally a Russian dish that used Sturgeon. The recipes were initially given to Queen Victoria’s chefs to use when the czar visited and was adapted for salmon since they were more abundant. Please join us for a relaxing stay at our graceful century old home -- your home away from home. Only two blocks from the St. Laurence River, in the center of historic downtown Brockville.
