We’ve been part of the Canadian land investment and development market since since 2005 and over time we’ve been able to expand our operations into the Dubai market as well. We take an opportunistic view of the real estate market. In understanding the various phases of the real estate cycle, we align ourselves and our investors with industry professionals that have demonstrated a strong track record for success, in order to take advantage of present market trends. Bay International provides strategic equity and debt capital to residential and commercial real estate developers across the GTA and we work closely with land owners to provide guidance in determining the highest and best use for their asset.
