Within 10 minutes of our dock your world class fishing adventure begins. The ocean surrounding Vancouver provides very productive fishing grounds for feeding and migrating salmon. Up to 30 million salmon pass through these waters every year as they head towards their local spawning grounds.
The thrill of catching salmon, pulling up a full Prawn or Crab trap and taking in the amazing scenery are experiences that make fishing in Vancouver highly enjoyable. Your experienced guide will ensure that you have a productive and memorable fishing trip. Each trip starts with setting crab traps for the famous Dungeness Crab. We then head to our chosen fishing grounds to seek out the hard fighting west coast salmon. When your day of fishing is near an end we will bring up the crab traps and retrieve your catch of Dungeness Crab. The fishing experience is enjoyable for all levels of angler. All fishing equipment is provided. If you are a first time angler, we will ensure that you receive all the instruction you need to assist you in landing your first salmon. Experienced anglers will appreciate the 37 years of fishing experience that the guide brings to the water each day. The boat you will be fishing out of is a 24 foot Sea Ray with a 200 hp Yamaha and 9.9 hp trolling motor. The boat is covered to keep out the rain and provide shade from the sun. It is well equipped with all necessary electronics and equipment to ensure that your experience is safe and productive. The back of the boat is open and provides plenty of space for playing and landing your catch. The experience of fishing in the heart of Vancouver is truly amazing.
