Our warehouse has 20’ clear inside height and concrete slab flooring. It is centrally located and provides easy access to major highways. The address of our warehouse is: Unit 107 – 2465 Stevenage Drive, Ottawa, Ontario K1G 3W2. The warehouse has the following climate controls: A/C, gas heating as well as electrical heating. The structural materials of our warehouse are as follows: • Warehouse Construction: Steel reinforced concrete blocks • Racking System: Redi Rack steel shelving throughout Our security system is state-of-the-art and is equipped with motion detectors as well as Parallel Cellular Connection which provides backup cellular communication with the monitoring centre in the event of a phone line failure. While we realize that security clearances are not required the company also possesses a facility security clearance and all resources have a minimum Reliability clearance. The company possesses the following insurance: CGL in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence, as well as All Risk property Insurance, Warehouseman’s Legal Liability Insurance and All Risk In Transit Insurance.
