Insahyu Training & Therapy's goal is to provide exceptional treatment and quality care to active individuals through aggressive rehabilitation and manual therapy. In addition, Insahyu promotes healthy lifestyle through various training programs to active individuals who experienced injury from work and in everyday life. Insahyu offers group training (Boot-Camp style and personal training) Frequently check for future Boot-Camp sessions.

I looked forward to working out every Monday and Wednesday with my co-workers under the guidance of Melanie. I loved how she switched things up and kept us on our toes. The workout never got easier, but still was alot of fun. I will certainly Recommend to all my friends.
