How does our service work?
Usually, we will start with an audit of your companies Health & Safety Program (if a program is currently in place). This will identify what areas you are having difficulty with. Once this has been determined, one of our consultants will then tour the workplace and speak with various employees and management to help outline a time frame for completing tasks. It is up to you how often the consultant comes into your workplace, and the time line that you wish to have identified areas dealt with. The standard for most of our clients has been twice a week, until the objectives are met.
Why does a company need a safety program?
The bottom line is that with a proactive health and safety program, employers can reduce incidents and accidents which in turn WILL lower the financial costs associated with workplace accidents. We provide our clients with full-service Health and Safety. We are able to provide regular safety inspections with written reports to management, accident investigations, liaise with Government Officials such as the WSH Division, facilitate Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings, and many other services.
