Fourth Generation of German/Austrian Bakers.Since 1983 in Barrie,started by Sigrid and Josef Krautgartner,now owned and operated since 2004 by Andrea and Brian Higgins.[br/][br/] Everything is done on premises from scratch with pure ingredients like butter,honey,real cream,fresh yeast,natural sauerdough and unbleached flour.[br/][br/] Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Sandwich Trays, Cookie trays, Party Platters. [br/] Small Tearoom (up to 20 people),seving soup and sandwiches daily,Meatpie/sausageroll Plates, Wiener Wurstchen and Gulaschsoup.
