Sascha Kerr, RMT, RAc

Description

In 2004, Sascha graduated from the University of Western Ontario and holds an Honors B.A. degree in Kinesiology. She began her health career working as a kinesiologist where she developed personal training and rehabilitation programs and conducted ergonomic workplace assessments.
The desire to learn manual therapy techniques led her to further her studies in massage therapy, graduating from the Canadian Therapeutic College with honours. Sascha has been practising as a massage therapist since 2006, and is an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). In 2015, she completed the Acupuncture Diploma Program at the SSC Acupuncture Institute in Toronto, graduating with high honours and receiving the Kuzuya Award for academic excellence. Sascha received her designation as an Acupuncturist in June 2016 following successful registration with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO). She is also a certified Acudetox Specialist with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) and has completed additional training in therapeutic ultrasound, soft tissue release, craniosacral techniques, reiki, tuina, moxibustion, cupping and guasha. Sascha has a special interest in pain management, stress reduction, mental health, digestive disorders and skin conditions including facial rejuvenation.
