I am a woman who has worn many hats in my lifetime and many of the same labels that you yourself may carry. Through each experience I have worked to remain authentic to myself and true to my dreams, but it hasn't always been easy.
Life has provided me with so many experiences. Many to celebrate, but also, many that took a lot to work through. I have endured the death of a husband, my child and my parents, so when you share that your heart is aching, I can empathize with what you are feeling. However with that said, I can never say I know how you feel...because every relationship and every loss is felt differently. I have also experienced the joy of having had those people in my life, a sense of accomplishment in reaching my dreams, and a belief that we are all in this together, to help each other on our journeys. After pursuing my interest in personal and leadership development through the work I do with Mark McGregor here and abroad www.markmcgregor.ch ), in 2010 I became a Certified Life Coach. To continue my love of life long learning, in 2012 I obtained my NLP Practitioner Certification as well as my Passion Tests Facilitation Certification. In 2014 I became certified with Passion Test for Kids and Teens. Most recently I attained Certification as a Grief Recovery Method Specialist and as a Certified Life Skills Coach. I believe that life is growth, and the more we learn the more we have to offer the world around us. My hope is that the tools and lessons I've learned along the way will ease the journey you and I are about to embark on together, as you seek to discover just who you are when you are Truly You, and look forward to it!
