I am committed to making a difference with individuals to empower them to work through and move beyond any circumstances, challenges or obstacles. By promoting holistic healing and recovery through social supports, I believe my training and life experiences have equipped me to establish an anti-oppressive and social justice practice that will touch, move and inspire anyone to create a life they love, in their relationships, at home, work or school.
With a Masters in Social Work and field experiences, I am equipped to provide my clients with life changing tools and skills that will support and guide them. I provide a wide range of specialized services to meet my clients' needs. I work from a strength based, client-centered approach utilizing Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Approaches and Holistic Healing Therapy to address family or personal conflicts, anxiety and anger management, disability accommodations and accessibility as well as bereavement services.
