I currently service the Salmon Arm, Vernon, Lake Country and Kelowna areas.
I am a Certified Canadian Counsellor with 15 years of training and 25 years experience working with children, youth, and their families. My education includes two college diplomas - Early Childhood Education and Child and Youth Counselling - a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Psychology and Child and Youth Studies, and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. I have an eclectic approach to counselling. My approach is highly successful as I tailor the approach, techniques, and therapeutic environment to meet your individual needs. However, I draw primarily on Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Reality Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Social Learning Theory. I specialize in working individually with children and youth but extend my practice to include the entire family, including the spousal relationship.
