The principal of SolidDesigns is an international patent holder with more than 20 years of experience in CAD design.
SolidDesigns has been a designer for industry, both the Canadian and US federal and state governments, and academia. Experience includes mining and drilling equipment, advanced scientific apparatus, and more. We work with you to produce accurate parametric models of individual parts, parametric assemblies, drawings to ANSI or ISO standards with geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), bills of materials (BOM), and so forth. We work with you through the design stage into prototyping: securing materials, production services, evaluation, and quality control.
